He is a CPA and a Chartered Director and currently serves on the boards of Angkor Resources Corp and Emergent Metals Corp. His experiences in public companies have taken him around the world overseeing operations from Mexico to Finland and Cambodia to Portugal. Experiences in public practice include articling with PwC and founding Clearline Chartered Accountants.

With over 20 years of experience in the public mining sector, Michelle has built a career specializing in capital markets, strategic growth, and corporate development, contributing to the advancement and expansion of mining projects in the Oil, Gas and Lithium sectors.
In addition to her professional roles, Michelle DeCecco sits on the boards of several public mining companies and serves as an advisor to private energy firms. Michelle holds an MBA with a specialization in International Business. She has also been an active member of the Rotary Club for over 10 years, where she served as a Board Member and chaired the Stay in School Program.
