As CEO of Golden Goose Resources, Dustin brings a strong investor-first mindset, combining technical opportunity with market execution.

He has been directly involved in global deal flow across precious metals, critical minerals, and emerging resource jurisdictions, with a focus on early-stage discovery and strategic growth. Dustin is known for assembling high-calibre technical and financial teams, maintaining tight capital discipline, and positioning companies for rerating through catalysts. His leadership emphasizes alignment with shareholders, demonstrated by meaningful insider participation. 

  Sarah Busk is a Chartered Professional Accountant with extensive experience in mining and energy finance. She has overseen financial reporting, treasury management, and regulatory compliance for multiple public companies, ensuring transparency, discipline, and strong internal controls.

Sarah brings a sharp focus on capital efficiency, budgeting, and long-term financial strategy—critical strengths for an exploration company advancing multiple high-potential assets. Her background supports Golden Goose’s commitment to responsible growth. 

Diego holds a Geology degree and his Ph.D in Natural Sciences. He is an Advisor of the Society of Economic Geologists and Regional Councilor of the International Association on the Genesis of Ore Deposits. Diego has consulted for more than 25 mining companies and is a founding partner of DG Exploraciones consulting company. In addition, he is the author of more than 200 scientific articles and more than 100 technical reports.

 Santiago Gasprini is a Ph.D. candidate and field-focused exploration geologist with hands-on experience in epithermal gold systems. His work emphasizes detailed geological mapping, structural interpretation, and data-driven target generation. Santiago plays a key role in translating surface observations into drill-ready targets, combining academic rigor with practical field execution. His presence strengthens Golden Goose's on-the-ground technical capabilities and supports rapid advancement from surface validation to discovery drilling
